They say its free to join, search, and send messages but the truth is ones you sign up they try to get you to sign up and pay $40 per month.
A buddy of mine tried it for a moth and the site has no customer support and to be honest with in a month he sent out about 30 messages to local girls and he got only 2 responses so that makes you wonder if the messages are really getting delivered or the site is waiting on you to sign up for a year so they can give you the full access.
over all please don't waste your $$$
In summary, I would not recommend Ethiopian Personals to a friend.
