LET ME PUT IT THIS WAY- THE ONLY FREE SERVICE THIS SITE WILL LET YOU HAVE IS FREE TO REGISTER.

You cannot connect, chat, network, send/receive messages unless you pay, and you pay $40/month. You have to be really desperate to pay that kind of money with no guarantees for that hefty $.

There are other sites with very little restrictions that you can connect with people locally or otherwise.

In summary, I would not recommend Ethiopian Personals to a friend.
